How to Become Good Architect?




To become great architects you have to optimist and realist. A great architect is not made by the way brain; actually he is made by the way of cultivated, enriched heart. The main character of the architect should be organized, creative and resourceful.
 Architects must be a person of good innovator capable of transfer little ideas of a things to bigger ideas. He should be focused, creative, flexible able to satisfy their clients and leave room for further innovations. He must be visionary with highest technical knowledge and understanding how structures work. Good Architects is one that cannot just think and do design, he as to produce functional design that are workable within the designed environment.
 A real architect has ability to produce functional working drawings that are actually buildable with consideration for the building mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. He capable to handle many co related jobs simultaneously. Architect should have awareness that they are creators, responsible for feeling, emotions and lives of those who are going to live in the building. He should able to think broadly and imagine.
Flexibility, very good exposure, knowledge, sociability and continual practice can make good architects.

Rise of Architecture

Architecture is the process of planning, designing and construction of buildings. It is the general term to describe buildings and physical structures. We can say as Architecture is the style of design and method of construction of buildings.

The Council of Architecture (COA) has been constituted by the Government of India under the provision of Architects Act. COA is charged with the responsibility to regulate the education and practice of profession throughout India besides maintaining the register of architects. The Council of Architecture has framed Regulations as provided for in the Architect’s Act, with the approval of the Government of India.

The COA prescribes the minimum standards of architectural education – required for granting recognized qualifications by colleges or institutions in India. The standards of architectural education in India are governed by Council of Architecture.
